<p>This one pan breakfast buffet is the perfect dish for the family with different food desires. Eggs with hash browns, peppers and cheese, French toast with an egg in the middle topped with cheese, biscuits with bacon and cheese, and a veggie omelet with more cheese are all cooked at the same time on one sheet pan.</p>

Ingredients
  • 9 lg. Eggs
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 3 slices Prepared French toast(can use store bought or homemade)
  • 1 pkg. Smoked sausage, trimmed to fit pan, cut lengthwise in half
  • 4 ea. Frozen biscuits, thawed, split in half
  • 4 slices Cooked bacon, cut in half
  • 3 ea. Pre-cooked breakfast sausage links
  • 1 cup Frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • ¼ cup Red onion, diced
  • 2 med. Brussels sprouts, separated into leaves(18-20)
  • 2 cups Sargento® Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
Directions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat eggs and milk in a medium microwave safe bowl until smooth. Microwave mixture for 1 minute, then stir to break up any cooked egg. Microwave 1 minute, then stir again, breaking up any cooked egg. Microwave 1 more minute and stir one last time, breaking up any cooked egg.
  3. Spoon half of eggs into a small bowl. Add hash browns, onions and ½ cup of cheese. Stir until combined. Set aside.
  4. Coat a large sheet pan with non-stick spray. Spoon remaining cooked eggs onto one end of the sheet pan. Top eggs with brussels sprout leaves and ½ cup of cheese.
  5. Place smoked sausage halves next to eggs.
  6. Place the biscuit bottoms next to the smoked sausage. Top each half with 2 pieces of bacon and ½ cup of cheese. Place tops of biscuits on top of cheese.
  7. Place French toast slices next to biscuits. Using a 2” biscuit cutter or a small drinking glass, remove the center from each piece of toast. Set removed pieces aside. Crack an egg into each hole. Sprinkle ¼ cup of cheese over the top.
  8. Place sausage links next to French toast slices. Spoon reserved egg and hashbrown mixture next to sausage links. Top with ¼ cup of cheese.

  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until eggs in French toast are cooked to desired doneness. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with syrup on the side if desired.
