Ingredients
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3-1/2 cups (12 oz.) frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Reserve Series™ Aged Italian Blend Cheese
  • 3/4 cup (3 oz.) Sargento® Reserve Series™ 14-Month Aged Parmesan Cheese, divided
  • 1/3 cup toasted chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked, drained and kept warm
Directions
  1. Process garlic in food processor until finely chopped. Add broccoli; process until finely chopped, scraping work bowl once. Add Italian Blend cheese and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, walnuts, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Process until well blended, scraping work bowl once.
  2. With machine running, add oil in slow steady stream, stopping once to scrape sides. Continue processing until smooth (mixture will be thick). Toss cooked spaghetti with broccoli mixture. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
