Red Pepper Jelly Grilled Cheese

- 4 slices ciabatta bread
- 4 tsp Dijon mustard
- 6 slices Sargento® 2 Cheese Sharp Cheddar Jack
- 2 tbsp red pepper jelly
- 3 tbsp butter
- Spread 2 slices bread with Dijon mustard; divide cheese between bread. Spread remaining bread with red pepper jelly; cap sandwiches.
- Add half of the butter to large skillet set over medium heat, swirling to melt butter. Cook sandwiches, turning once and adding remaining butter, for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden and cheese has melted.
