  • 4 slices ciabatta bread
  • 4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 6 slices Sargento® Colby-Jack
  • 2 tbsp red pepper jelly
  • 3 tbsp butter
  1. Spread 2 slices bread with Dijon mustard; divide cheese between bread. Spread remaining bread with red pepper jelly; cap sandwiches.
  2. Add half of the butter to large skillet set over medium heat, swirling to melt butter. Cook sandwiches, turning once and adding remaining butter, for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden and cheese has melted.
