Ingredients
  • 2 blocks Sargento® Fiesta Pepper-Jack Cheese, cut into slices
  • 1 block Sargento® Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cut into slices
  • 24 ea. Assorted crackers or breadsticks
  • 1 cup Sugar snap peas, trimmed, washed
  • 1 bunch Radishes, trimmed, washed
  • 2 baby Cucumbers, cut into diagonal slices
  • 1 stick Hard salami, cut into slices
  • 1 pint Tri-color grape tomatoes, washed
  • 2 cups Assorted pickled peppers
  • 12 spears Asparagus, blanched
  • 1 cup Pomegranate arils
  • ½ cup Dried apricots
  • ½ cup Assorted olives
  • ½ cup Honey
  • 6 ea. Green onions, trimmed, washed
  • 6 small Tri-color carrots, optional
Directions
  1. 1. Arrange all ingredients in compact piles on a large wooden board or large tray. Serve.
