I was making cheesy polenta and I always use your regular cheddar cheese. Well, I saw you had Cholula cheese with shredded queso quesadilla and asadero cheeses with hot sauce seasoning as a new item. I just figured I would try it in my cheesy polenta. WOW! I will never make it with regular cheddar again. The extra kick just made it so much better, I can't believe it. Since the spice was already in the cheese; there was no extra work on my part.

I hope your shredded Cholula cheese is a permanent addition! This cheese is amazing in eggs, on nachos and many other foods. Please keep this!!
