Great combo of cheddar and colby jack and many ways to use, I.e. snacking, melting, adding to dalad, etc.

It was a little softer than preferred to shred and clumped up but that could have been my kitchen too warm. The flavor is good, we made macaroni and cheese and of course I had to sample my shredder skills. It melted well.
