- 1 bunch Green grapes, washed
- 6 slices Genoa salami, thinly sliced
- 6 slices Proscuitto or braesola, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Fresh blackberries, washed
- 1 cup Fresh raspberries, washed
- 6 ea. Pepperoncini peppers
- 6 stalks Asparagus, blanched
- ½ bunch Red grapes, washed
- 3 ea. Beef sticks
- 4 ea. Thin breadsticks
- 6 ea. Dried apricots or persimmons
- 6 ea. Dried or fresh figs
- ½ cup Dried cranberries or pomegranate arils
- 6 slices Starfruit
- 1/3 cup Honey
- Assorted crackers and potato chips
Directions
