
This classic fondue includes all the standard ingredients, but Sargento® Reserve Series™ Aged Cheddar Cheese gives this version a rich, tangy sharpness. It’s perfect with chunks of pumpernickel or focaccia bread, Granny Smith apples, as well as blanched vegetables. A fun dish for a gathering of friends.

- Rub cut side of garlic inside serving pot. Discard garlic
- Melt butter in sauce pan over medium low. Add flour, salt, pepper, mustard, worstershire & paprika and whisk until smooth. Gradually add milk, whisking after each addition. Increase heat to medium and bring to a simmer and cook and stir until thickened.
- Reduce heat to low, gradually add cheese until melted, stirring constantly until fully melted before adding next batch. When melted add wine & nutmeg. Keep warm over double boiler, stirring occasionally.
