<p>Your guests will love this french fry board which includes 4 different cheese sauces made with Sargento® Cheese!</p>

Ingredients
  • Assortment of French frys
  • CHEESE SAUCE BASE:
  • 1 cup warm whole milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • BUFFALO SAUCE:
  • 1 cup Sargento® Shredded Sharp Cheddar
  • 2 Tbsp. Ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • Chives or scallions for garnish
  • ITALIAN HERB SAUCE:
  • 1 1/2 cups Reserve Series™ Aged Italian Blend
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 3/4 cup Whole milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh basil
  • Red pepper flakes, chopped chives and lemon zest for garnish
  • CHIPOTLE SAUCE
  • 1 Garlic clove, minced
  • 2 cups Sargento® 4 Cheese Mexican
  • 1 Tbsp. minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Adobo sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground cumin
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh cilantro, minced
  • TOMATO MOZZARELLA SAUCE:
  • 2 cups Sargento® Mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tsp. Horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. Brown sugar
Directions
  1. Cook French fries according to package instructions and arrange on large cutting board or serving tray.
  2. For sauce base: Melt butter over low heat, add flour and whisk for 2-3 minutes until cooked and thickened. Add milk 1/3 at a time, whisking after each addition until smooth then add salt. Cook until thickened but still saucy, about 1-3 minutes, whisking constantly.
  3. For buffalo sauce: Make sauce bas, reduce heat to low and gradually Add cheese ½ cup at a time, stir and melt completely before the next addition. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Serve immediately, can be gently reheated in microwave.
  4. For Italian herb sauce: Make sauce base but add garlic before flour. Reduce heat to low and add cheese gradually, stir and melt completely before adding milk. After milk, add pepper flakes & garlic. Remove from heat add basil, chives and zest and stir to combine. Serve immediately, can be gently reheated in microwave.
  5. For chipotle sauce: Make sauce base but add in garlic before flour. Add cheese gradually, stir and melt completely before next addition. Once cheese is fully melted add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Serve immediately, can be gently reheated in microwave.
  6. For tomato mozzarella sauce: Make sauce base and add cheese gradually, stir and melt completely before next addition. Once cheese is fully melted add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Serve immediately, can be gently reheated in microwave.
  7. Transfer sauces to small serving bowls and place on board with French fries. Serve!
