This one pan breakfast buffet is the perfect dish for the family with different food desires. Eggs with hash browns, peppers and cheese, French toast with an egg in the middle topped with cheese, biscuits with bacon and cheese, and a veggie omelet with more cheese are all cooked at the same time on one sheet pan.

  • 2 med. Brussels sprouts, separated into leaves(18-20)
  • 2 cups Sargento® Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat eggs and milk in a medium microwave safe bowl until smooth. Microwave mixture for 1 minute, then stir to break up any cooked egg. Microwave 1 minute, then stir again, breaking up any cooked egg. Microwave 1 more minute and stir one last time, breaking up any cooked egg.
  3. Spoon half of eggs into a small bowl. Add hash browns, onions and ½ cup of cheese. Stir until combined. Set aside.
  4. Coat a large sheet pan with non-stick spray. Spoon remaining cooked eggs onto one end of the sheet pan. Top eggs with brussels sprout leaves and ½ cup of cheese.
