I really like this cheese which is a combination of sharp cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese! I used it in a frittata and in my omelette. Convenient because you get 2 varieties of cheese in one block!!

The cheese had a sharp cheddar taste, delicious. A wonderful mouth feel when you are it did not taste gummy, chewy tasteless like other brands of cheese. It melted into gooey goodness on my macaroni and inside my French bread. Grated on top of my nachos took them up a notch. I hope to see this cheese on a wonderful sale again soon. I will definitely buy more than one block Thank you for giving this opportunity to share my thoughts on the delicious sharp Sargento mix cheese
