Sargento provolone slices make the most delicious melty cheese addition to our muffuletta sandwiches.

We really like Sargento provolone. Unlike other provolone packages, Sargento slices come apart very easily. The cheese has a lovely creaminess to it. I wish it was a little sharper in flavor. But, it does have a very nice flavor. It melts well when I use it for dishes in the oven. The packaging seals well.
