<p>A savory masterpiece, featuring a perfectly grilled, handcrafted beef patty seasoned with McCormick® Grill Mates® Hamburger Seasoning, adorned with crispy bacon, melted Sargento® Creamery Cheddar and Colby-Jack Cheeses, tangy pickles, red onions, and crowned with a luscious special sauce that adds a tantalizing blend of creamy richness and zesty kick, all nestled within a soft, golden-brown sesame seeded bun. This ensemble creates a symphony of flavors that pays homage to the timeless and quintessential American burger experience.</p>

Directions
  1. Place hamburger patties on a large, foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle both sides of burgers with hamburger seasoning. Set aside.
  2. Pre-heat gas or charcoal grill.
  3. For Special Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and next 4 ingredients. Set aside.
  4. Place hamburger patties on hot grill over direct heat. Grill for 2 minutes or until charred on the bottom. Flip burgers and grill for another minute. Top each burger with 2 slices of cheese and 3 half pieces of bacon. Grill for another minute or until cheese starts to melt. Using a spatula, stack cheeseburgers to make four double cheeseburgers, and transfer to a clean platter.
  5. To Assemble: Spread bun bottoms with about 1 ½ Tablespoons of prepared sauce. Top each with 4 slices of pickle, about 2 teaspoons of diced red onion and shredded lettuce if desired. Top each bun with a double cheeseburger. Finish with bun top and serve.
