Sargento Foods Inc. (“Sargento”, “We”, Us”) is collecting your personal information to support its business operations, including for the business purposes listed in the chart below. We do not collect sensitive personal information.  We are committed to properly handling the personal information collected or processed in connection with your employment relationship with us.

How Long We Keep Your Personal Information

 

We keep your Personal Information for as long as needed or permitted according to the purpose(s) for which it was obtained.  In general, Sargento’s minimum retention period is fifteen (15) years.  However, the final criteria used to determine our retention periods include (i) the length of the relationship with you; (ii) as required to meet our legal obligations; and (iii) as advised by our legal counsel considering such matters as applicable complaints, statutes of limitations, litigation, or regulatory requirements.  We may remove Personal Information from our database at any time and without providing any reason.
