This antipasto salad is perfect for entertaining (or indulging by yourself) with a signature combination of artichoke hearts, bell peppers, deli-sliced turkey breast, beans and Sargento® Shredded 6 Cheese Italian. It’s a refreshing yet hearty salad that can serve as a meal or a great side dish.

  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) salad greens
  • 1 cup rinsed, drained, canned garbanzo beans
  • 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin rings or short thin strips
  • 3 oz. sliced deli turkey breast or ham, cut into 1-1/2 inch strips
  • 1-3/4 cups (7 oz.) Sargento® Shredded 6 Cheese Italian
  • 1/3 cup Italian salad dressing
  1. Arrange salad greens on large serving platter. Arrange garbanzo beans, artichoke hearts, bell pepper, turkey and cheese attractively over greens. Drizzle with dressing.
