This lovely medley of tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and olives tossed in with al dente cooked rotini with your favorite salad dressing and Sargento® Shredded Parmesan Cheese is perfect for any occasion. This is an ideal salad that can serve as a side to any main dish.

  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
  • 2 cucumbers, quartered and sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 can (2-1/4 oz.) sliced black olives, drained
  • 8 oz. rotini, cooked according to package directions
  • 1 bottle (8 oz.) Caesar salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup (1 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  1. Combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives and rotini in medium bowl. Stir in salad dressing, cheese and pepper.
  2. Refrigerate, covered, 1 hour or longer before serving.
