Turkey & Provolone Croissant Sandwich

Make your favorite cafe-style sandwich at home with the help of Sargento® Sliced Provolone Cheese, sliced smoked turkey, a layer of horseradish sauce for some kick, and crispy sliced red onions and lettuce. Serve between a buttery and flaky toasted croissant.

  • 1 large leaf or romaine lettuce leaf
  • 1 large croissant, split, lightly toasted if desired
  • 2 oz. thinly sliced deli smoked turkey
  • 2 tsp. horseradish sauce
  • 1 thin slice red onion
  • 1 to 2 slices Sargento® Sliced Provolone Cheese
  1. Place lettuce on bottom of croissant; top with turkey. Spread horseradish sauce over turkey; top with onion and cheese. Close sandwich.
