Veggie Swiss Wrap

  • Sugar
  • Red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 Sun dried tomato tortillas
  • 2 Tbsp. Whole grain mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Mayo
  • 1 Cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 4 Whole basil leaves
  • 1 Tomato, sliced
  • 4 slices Sargento® Ultra Thin® Swiss Cheese
  1. Dissolve sugar in the red wine in a small bowl. Add onion and squeeze with your hands to break the onions down a bit. Set aside for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Place the tortilla flat on a work surface. Mix mayo and mustard together and spread on the tortilla leaving ½ inch around the edges. Evenly spread the cucumber, basil, tomatoes cheese and pickled red onions over the tortilla, roll it up and cut in half. Repeat for 2nd tortilla
