Make turkey sandwiches packed with crispy vegetables like sliced radishes, arugula and Sargento® Colby Cheese Slices. Serve between hearty ciabatta rolls for ideal hearty flavor you'll love down to every last bite.

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 4 slices multi-grain bread or 2 ciabatta rolls, split
  • 4 slices Sargento® Colby Cheese Slices
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced radishes
  • 6 oz. thinly sliced deli smoked turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup packed arugula or baby spinach leaves
Directions
  1. Mix mayonnaise and mustard. Spread mixture over each slice of bread; top with cheese.
  2. Top 2 slices bread with radishes, turkey and spinach.
  3. Close sandwiches; cut diagonally in half.
