Sometimes all you need is a classic-tasting sandwich when you're ready to chow down. Our recipe using Sargento® Ultra Thin® Baby Swiss Cheese Slices with sliced turkey, hot pepper sauce as well as slices of tomato, avocado and piece of lettuce will hit the spot!

  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 4 slices multi-grain or rye bread
  • 4 slices Sargento® Ultra Thin® Baby Swiss Cheese Slices
  • 2 large Boston or leaf lettuce leaves
  • 4 oz. sliced deli turkey breast
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices ripe tomato
  1. Mix mayonnaise and hot sauce. Spread mixture over each slice of bread.
  2. Top 2 slices bread with lettuce, turkey, avocado, tomato and cheese.
  3. Close sandwiches; cut diagonally in half.
