This simple recipe is full of savory flavors from cubed turkey bits mixed into a salad with condiments and pickle relish. For the final touch, place on a crunchy slice of sourdough bread with a sprinkling of Sargento® Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese - Traditional Cut.

  • 1-1/2 cups diced cooked turkey
  • 1 Tbsp. fat-free or light mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
  • 4 slices sourdough bread, toasted
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese - Traditional Cut
  1. Combine turkey, mayonnaise, mustard and pickle relish in medium bowl.
  2. Spread turkey mixture over toasted bread. Place on foil-lined baking sheet; top with cheese. Place under preheated broiler 4 inches from heat; broil 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
