The bold flavors of olive tapenade and salami combine with creamy Sargento® Sliced Havarti Cheese in this sandwich, which will quickly become a lunchtime favorite.

  • 2 ciabatta buns, halved
  • 2 tbsp. olive tapenade
  • 1/2 cup packed arugula
  • 4 slices tomato
  • 2 slices Sargento® Sliced Havarti Cheese
  • 2 oz. thinly sliced salami
  1. Spread buns with tapenade. Layer arugula, tomato, cheese and salami over bottoms of buns. Cap with tops of buns. Tip: These sandwiches are also delicious with pesto or sun-dried tomato tapenade.
