  • 4 slices of Sargento® Ultra Thin® Swiss Cheese Slices
  • 1/3 cup arugula
  • 1/3 cup sweet pepper (medium red, stemmed, seeded and cut into strips)
  • 1/3 cup ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. red pepper hummus
  • 1/3 cup microgreens (or sprouts)
  1. Place 4 slices of cheese adjacently on working surface to create a large square. Place your ingredients on top of the cheese. Roll up the cheese around your ingredients and enjoy!
