These wraps are perfect for a savory meal on the go. Just combine marinated artichoke hearts, shredded carrots and sliced green onions with melted Sargento® Sliced Reduced Fat Provolone Cheese and slices of prosciutto and crisp Boston lettuce all rolled up and ready to eat!

  • 1 (4 to 5 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped
  • 1 carrot, shredded or very thinly sliced
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Sargento® Sliced Reduced Fat Provolone Cheese
  • 4 slices prosciutto or black forest deli ham
  • 2 (7 to 8-in.) whole wheat flour tortillas or flavored tortillas
  • 2 large Boston red leaf lettuce leaves
  1. Combine artichoke hearts, carrot and green onion; mix well.
  2. Place prosciutto and cheese over tortillas; top with lettuce and vegetables. Roll up. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
