Put this BLT together when you want the flavor of a classic sandwich made with our very own Sargento® Sliced Sharp Provolone Cheese, strips of savory crisp bacon, slices of fresh, juicy tomato and smooth, ripe avocado. Serve between hearty slices of multigrain bread for the ultimate meal.

  • 2 tsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 slices multi-grain or sourdough bread, lightly toasted
  • 1 large red leaf or romaine lettuce leaf
  • 3 slices crisply cooked bacon*
  • 2 slices fresh tomato
  • 4 thin slices ripe avocado (optional)
  • 1 to 2 slices Sargento® Sliced Sharp Provolone Cheese or Sargento® Sliced Provolone Cheese
  1. Spread mayonnaise over toasted bread. Layer lettuce, bacon, tomato and, if desired, avocado over one slice bread. Top with cheese; close sandwich.
