Combine tuna with salsa, freshly chopped cilantro and light mayo to make the filling of this delicious sandwich. Then top things off with a layer of Sargento® Ultra Thin® Sliced Mild Cheddar Cheese all on a slice of whole grain bread. This recipe is light yet filling and uses ingredients that complement each other in the tastiest of ways.

  • 1 can (3 oz.) white tuna in water, drained, flaked
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro or thinly sliced green onion
  • 2 Tbsp. salsa
  • 1 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
  • 2 slices whole grain bread, lightly toasted
  • 2 slices Sargento® Ultra Thin® Cheddar Cheese
  1. Combine tuna, cilantro, salsa and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Top with tuna mixture and Sargento® Ultra Thin® Mild Cheddar Cheese slices. Enjoy.
