Everyone at your next viewing party will become a fan of these tasty hero sandwiches packed with slices of hearty roast beef, crisp lettuce, red onion and Sargento® Sliced Swiss Cheese with a kick of Dijon and horseradish all in fluffy submarine rolls.

  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 4 submarine or sandwich rolls, split
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 lb. sliced deli roast beef
  • 1 thin slice red onion, separated into rings
  • 8 slices Sargento® Sliced Swiss Cheese
  1. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish in bowl; spread on rolls.
  2. Fill rolls with lettuce, roast beef, onion rings and cheese; cut in half.
