Homemade subs full of deli sliced ham, tangy condiments, fresh arugula and sliced tomato plus flavor-rich Sargento® Colby-Jack slices are the perfect go-to meal for any kind of day you’re having. These sandwiches are sure to fill you with just the right amount of savory flavors, cheesiness and cool vegetables.

  • 1 Tbsp. each: honey mustard and mayonnaise
  • 2 (6-inch) French rolls or submarine rolls, split
  • 2 romaine lettuce leaves or 1/2 cup packed arugula leaves
  • 4 oz. shaved or thinly sliced deli Black Forest or smoked ham
  • 4 thin slices tomato
  • 4 slices Sargento® Colby-Jack, cut diagonally in half
  • 4 very thin slices red onion (optional)
  1. Combine honey mustard and mayonnaise; spread over cut sides of rolls.
  2. Layer lettuce, ham, tomato, cheese and, if desired, onion between rolls.
