Ingredients
  • CHICKEN & AVOCADO CHEESE WRAP
  • 2 cups shredded or chopped, cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomato
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 cup ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, diced
  • 4 slices of Sargento® Ultra Thin® Sliced Provolone Cheese
  • 2 large red leaf or Boston lettuce leaves
  • RED PEPPER HUMMUS CHEESE WRAP
  • 1/3 cup arugula
  • 1/3 cup sweet pepper (medium red, stemmed, seeded, and cut into strips)
  • 1/3 cup ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, diced
  • 4 slices of Sargento® Ultra Thin® Swiss Cheese Slices
  • 2 Tbsp. red pepper hummus
  • 1/3 cups microgreens (or sprouts)
  • ROAST BEEF CHEESE WRAP
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/3 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1.5 oz. sliced deli beef
  • 4 slices of Sargento® Ultra Thin® Colby-Jack Cheese Slices
  • 1/4 seedless cucumber, peeled and cut lengthwise into 8 slices
Directions
  1. For all three wraps, place 4 slices of cheese adjacently on working surface to create a large square. Place your ingredients on top of the cheese. Roll up the cheese around your ingredients and enjoy!
