We’re taking your classic BLT out of between the typical bread slices and into a delicious wrap that elevates all of the flavors on your plate. With fresh lettuce and tomato and perfectly smoky bacon, the only thing left is to sprinkle some nutty Sargento® Shredded Parmesan Cheese on top to seal the deal.

  • 3 cups romaine lettuce leaves, torn
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1/3 cup bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Caesar salad dressing
  • 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
  1. Combine lettuce, tomato, bacon and salad dressing in large bowl. Add cheese; toss.
  2. Spoon mixture evenly onto tortillas; roll up tortillas burrito-style. Wrap sandwiches in plastic wrap and refrigerate until serving time.
