BLTA Provolone Cheese Wrap
- 4 slices Sargento® Provolone cheese
- 1 Tbsp Mayo
- 1 Tbsp Stone ground mustard
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 4 Slices Ham
- 4 Thin slices vine ripened tomatoes
- 1 Avocado, sliced thin
- 2 Lettuce leaves, chopped
- 2 Slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Freshly cracked pepper, to taste
- Drizzle of lemon
- In a small bowl, combine mayo, mustard and salt.
- Lay all 4 Provolone slices on your work surface. Spread 1 tsp of the mayo mixture on each cheese slice. Top each with 1 slice of ham, 2 tomato halves, 2 slices avocado, lettuce, bacon and pepper. Drizzle with lemon juice.
- Fold in half and serve.
