- French loaf cut in half length wise on baking sheet; combine oil and garlic together, brush over bread. Top with cheese, basil and tomatoes. Sprinkle tomatoes with salt and pepper.
- Bake in preheated 375°F oven 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
