Give this innovative pizza recipe a try with an all-star cast of ingredients including a creamy pesto sauce, perfectly melting Sargento® Shredded 6 Cheese Italian, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, tender cooked shrimp and minced green onions for a tantalizing bite within every slice.

  • 1 (16 oz.) Italian bread shell or prepared 12-inch pizza crust
  • 1/3 cup prepared pesto sauce
  • 2 cups (8 oz.) Sargento® Shredded 6 Cheese Italian, divided
  • 8 oz. cooked shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped softened sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup minced green onions
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  1. Place bread shell on baking sheet; spread evenly with pesto sauce. Sprinkle with half of cheese; top with shrimp and tomatoes. Top with remaining cheese; sprinkle with onions and crushed red pepper.
  2. Bake in preheated 450°F oven 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
