Sometimes all you want is a healthy wrap packed with all of your favorite Mexican -inspired flavors to fill you up when your stomach is grumbling. Featuring Sargento® Sliced Reduced Fat Colby-Jack Cheese, this meal is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner on days where you’re running short on time but want to indulge in something that’s not short on flavor.

  • 4 (10-inch) wraps
  • 8 slices Sargento® Sliced Reduced Fat Colby-Jack Cheese, cut in half diagonally
  • 2 avocados, halved, pitted and sliced
  • 2 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  1. Lay each wrap out on a flat cookie sheet.
  2. On one half of each wrap, place a layer of cheese and top with avocado, tomato and onion. Top with another layer of cheese. Fold in half to create a half-moon shape.
  3. Place on a medium-high grill and cook until golden brown on both sides and cheese is melted, about 3 minutes
