With just a couple of basic ingredients, you could be on your way to serving up a classic Mexican treat in no time. Sargento® Shredded 4 Cheese Mexican - Traditional Cut is the perfect addition to this creation, and you’re sure to hit all the right flavors to make this dish authentic tasting.

  • 2 cups (8 oz.) Sargento® Shredded 4 Cheese Mexican - Traditional Cut, divided
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1-1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 8 (6-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 can (10 oz.) enchilada sauce
  • Sour cream (optional)
  • Tomato (optional)
  • Avocado (optional)
  1. Combine 1-1/2 cups cheese, green onions, salsa, cilantro and cumin in medium bowl.
  2. Spoon 1/4 cup mixture down center of each tortilla. Roll up; place seam-side down in greased 11x7-inch baking dish. Spoon enchilada sauce over enchiladas.
  3. Cover with foil; bake in preheated 350°F oven 30 minutes or until hot.
  4. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream, chopped tomato and avocado, if desired.
