Directions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.  Combine butter and garlic in a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Microwave for 30 seconds.  Brush both sides of bread slices with garlic butter.  Place buttered bread slices on a large baking sheet. 
  3. Place baking sheet in oven and bake for 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned.  Remove pan from oven, flip slices with tongs and return to oven.
  4. Bake an additional 2-3 minutes.  Remove pan from oven. 
  5. Sprinkle about ¼ cup of Sargento® Shreds with McCormick® Crushed Red Pepper evenly over each slice. 
  6. Return pan to oven.  Bake 6-8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve.
