Directions
  1. Make the filling by combining chicken, Sargento® Shreds with Frank's RedHot® Seasoning, green onions, and blue cheese in a medium bowl.  Stir to combine.
  2. Dust each of the thawed dough balls with flour.  Roll out each roll into a 4” circle.
  3. Divide chicken mixture evenly, spooning about 1 heaping tablespoon of filling onto the center of each dough round. Pull the edges of one dough round towards the center and press together to seal.  Repeat with remaining filled dough rounds, placing the chicken bombs 2” apart to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the chicken bombs with half of the melted butter.  Place the filled baking sheet on the middle rack of a cold oven.  Turn the oven on to 375 degrees.  Proof and bake for 20-25 minutes or util the chicken bombs are golden brown.  Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Brush the baked bombs with melted butter if desired and serve with ranch dressing for dipping on the side.  Serve.
