Directions
- Combine chicken, broth and lemon juice in a small slow cooker. Cover and turn to high. Cook for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through. Remove chicken from slow cooker and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Add cream cheese and sour cream to the slow cooker. Stir until well blended. Shred chicken with two forks and add to the slow cooker.
- Stir in the Sargento® Shreds with Frank's RedHot® Seasoning, and chives. Cook on low for 15 minutes or until cheese has melted in completely. Serve with chips, crostini, crackers, or vegetables for dipping.
TIP: For more heat, add additional cheese, to taste.
