Crispy fish fillets always make for a tasty meal, especially when breaded with an inspired mixture of tangy mustard, a splash of citrus and Sargento® Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese infused breadcrumbs. This combo that will melt in the oven to create a perfectly crispy texture.

  • 1 lb. halibut or red snapper fillets
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup seasoned dry breadcrumbs
  • 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Double Cheddar Cheese
  • Lemon wedges
  • Fresh dill (optional)
  1. Place fish in single layer in greased shallow baking dish. Combine mustard and lemon juice; brush over fish. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cheese.
  2. Bake in preheated 425°F oven 15 minutes or until fish is cooked through. Serve with lemon wedges. If desired, garnish with dill.
