You don’t have to take a trip across the pond to enjoy a delicious classic sandwich that combines savory deli slices of ham and turkey, a slathering of honey mustard and hearty white bread with some Sargento® Sliced Swiss Cheese melted in between.
8 slices firm-textured white sandwich bread
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
8 slices Sargento® Sliced Swiss Cheese
2 Tbsp. honey mustard
4 slices ham
4 slices cooked turkey breast
Spread one side of each slice of bread with butter. Place buttered side down on waxed paper. Top 4 slices of bread with 4 slices of cheese. Spread mustard over cheese; top with ham, turkey and remaining cheese. Close sandwiches with remaining bread, buttered side out.
Heat large skillet over medium heat. Cook sandwiches in batches 3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
