Our very own Mexican-inspired dip is made with layers of delicious ingredients like hearty refried beans, zesty salsa, chopped tomato topped with sour cream, sliced olives, cilantro and Sargento® Shredded Nacho & Taco Cheese. Every scoop is perfect!

  • 1 can (15 oz.) refried beans or refried black beans
  • 1-3/4 cups (7 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Nacho & Taco Cheese, divided
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 tomato, seeded, chopped
  • 1 can (2.25 oz.) sliced black olives, drained (1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)
  • Tortilla chips or scoops
  1. Combine beans and 1-1/4 cups cheese. Spread mixture in an even layer onto a large round serving plate. Spread sour cream over beans; top with salsa, tomato, olives and remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Sprinkle with cilantro, if desired. Serve with chips.
