Assemble this brunch dish’s classic breakfast flavors in no time! All it takes is broccoli florets, cooked ham, a hash brown mix with peppers and onions, fluffy eggs and Sargento® Sliced Medium Cheddar Cheese for perfectly cheesy flavor in every bite.

  • 4 cups frozen ready-to-cook hash brown potatoes with peppers and onions, thawed
  • 3 cups (8 oz.) small broccoli florets
  • 1-1/2 cups (8 oz.) diced, cooked ham
  • 8 slices Sargento® Sliced Medium Cheddar Cheese or Colby Cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  1. Coat 8 x 8-inch glass baking dish with cooking spray. Combine potatoes, broccoli and ham in large bowl; toss well. Arrange half of potato mixture in baking dish; top with 4 slices cheese, remaining potato mixture and remaining 4 slices cheese.
  2. Beat eggs in a medium bowl. Add milk, salt and pepper; mix well. Pour evenly over potato mixture. Bake in preheated 375°F oven 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
