Skip the drive-thru breakfast sandwich and make yourself something supremely delicious at home. In just a couple of minutes you can have yourself a yummy, melted, toasty morning meal using Sargento® Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese - Fine Cut, crispy Canadian bacon and fresh ingredients including refreshing tomato and soothing avocado.

  • 1 English muffin, split, toasted
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 slices deli ham, crisply cooked bacon or Canadian bacon
  • 4 slices avocado (optional)
  • 1/2 cup (2 oz.) Sargento® Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese - Fine Cut or Sargento® Shredded Colby-Jack Cheese - Fine Cut
  • 2 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
  1. Place muffin halves on small, foil-lined baking sheet; top with tomato, ham and avocado, if desired.
  2. Combine cheese and mayonnaise; spread over ham. Place under preheated broiler 4 inches from heat; broil 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and sandwich is hot.
