Floral Foam - purchased from local Craft Store. Cut to fit your serving dish
Plastic Wrap - wrap the cut Floral Foam in plastic wrap
Preheat oven to 275. Lay bread onto baking sheet, overlapping slightly. On a second baking sheet, spread raisins and smoked almonds. Bake 45 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
When cool, place raisins and nuts into a food processor fitted with a chopping blade. Add lid and pulse 5-6 times to roughly chop raisins and nuts. Remove lid and break bread into chunks and add to food processor bowl. Add dehydrated onions. Place lid and chop until mixture resembles potting soil. Add oil and pulse until fully combined.
Add all ingredients to bowl and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate until serving.
To assemble broccoli trees: skewer a Sargento Snack Bite onto party pick, leaving enough of the pick at the bottom to insert into the styrofoam base. Top with broccoli floret.
Wrap styrofoam block with plastic wrap and place in bottom of a baking or serving pan. Top with “soil”. Insert broccoli tree into base. Place remaining smoked almonds among the forest floor.
Remove tree from forest, splash into onion dip pond, roll in dirt. Enjoy!
