Creamy White Bean Pizza Dip

A dip made with tons of lovely flavors and topped with chopped fresh ingredients makes a great appetizer for your next party or get-together. Sargento® Shredded 4 Cheese Pizzeria and a medley of colorful ingredients bring that classic pizzeria taste to this recipe.

  • 1 can (15 oz.) great northern or cannellini beans, rinsed, drained
  • 1/3 cup plain lowfat yogurt
  • 1-1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 large clove garlic, minced
  • 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 2 cups (8 oz.) Sargento® Shredded 4 Cheese Pizzeria, divided
  • 1/2 cup (2 oz.) chopped pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup diced, seeded tomato
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
  • Breadsticks or assorted crackers
  1. In medium bowl, mash beans with back of a wooden spoon or potato masher. Add yogurt, Italian seasoning, garlic and cayenne pepper; mix well. Add 1-1/2 cups cheese; mix well. Spread into 9-inch pie plate. Top with pepperoni, tomato and green onions. Bake at 350°F 10 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup Pizza Double Cheese and olives; bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and dip is heated through. Serve with breadsticks or crackers. 8 servings.
