Apples, spice and everything nice! You don’t have to choose between dinner and dessert with these creative quesadillas; have both at the same time! Not only is the pie filing scrumptious but so is Sargento® Shredded 4 Cheese Mexican - Fine Cut when sprinkled and melted onto the hearty top tortilla. Make these as appetizer bites or for a quick snack to share with your loved ones.

Ingredients
  • 1 can (20 oz.) apple pie filling
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 8 (6-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1-1/2 cups (6 oz.) Sargento® Shredded 4 Cheese Mexican - Fine Cut, divided
Directions
  1. Combine apple pie filling, raisins and cinnamon in small bowl; set aside.
  2. Coat large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Place one tortilla in skilllet; top with 2 tablespoons cheese and 1/4 cup pie filling. Cook 2 minutes or until cheese is melted and bottom of tortilla is golden brown. Fold tortilla in half with spatula and transfer to foil-lined baking sheet. Repeat until 8 quesadillas are made.
  3. Sprinkle remaining cheese evenly over tops of quesadillas. Bake in preheated 350°F oven 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
