The Sargento® Provolone Sliced Cheese in this Greek salad adds a mild, smoky flavor that melds nicely with the Kalamata olives, cucumber, tomato and greens. Use your choice of Italian or Caesar dressing and top with freshly ground pepper and croutons, if desired.

  • 6 cups (10 oz.) salad greens
  • 4 slices Sargento® Sliced Provolone Cheese, cut into strips
  • 3 plum tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1/3 cup pitted black or kalamata olives, halved
  • 1/2 cup Italian or Caesar salad dressing
  • Pepper (optional)
  • Croutons (optional)
  1. Combine salad greens, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber and olives in large bowl.
  2. Add dressing to salad mixture; toss. Transfer to four serving plates. Top with pepper and croutons, if desired.
