Ingredients
  • 1 large fresh broccoli, finely chopped
  • 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
  • 2 cups (8 oz.) Sargento® Traditional Cut Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sugar
Directions
  1. Combine broccoli, red onion, bacon bits and cheese in large bowl; set aside.
  2. Combine vinegar, mayonnaise and sugar in small bowl; pour over broccoli mixture.
  3. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours before serving.
