- 1 large fresh broccoli, finely chopped
- 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon
- 2 cups (8 oz.) Sargento® Traditional Cut Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Combine broccoli, red onion, bacon bits and cheese in large bowl; set aside.
- Combine vinegar, mayonnaise and sugar in small bowl; pour over broccoli mixture.
- Cover; refrigerate 3 hours before serving.
