Cut each cheese stick into four 1-inch pieces. Dust each piece with flour; dip each piece in egg; coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat 1-inch oil to 350°F in medium skillet. Add 6 pieces breaded cheese and cook 10 - 15 seconds or until lightly browned, turning once. Repeat, cooking in batches, until all cheese pieces are lightly browned. Serve immediately with pasta sauce for dipping.
