Quick Caesar Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 6 cups (10 oz.) romaine lettuce leaves, torn or Italian blend salad greens
- 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Artisan Blends® Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup garlic croutons
DIRECTIONS

Combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper in large bowl. Whisk in mayonnaise.

Add lettuce, 3/4 cup cheese and croutons; toss. Arrange on four serving plates. Top with remaining cheese.
